I've been into comics for over 20 years now. Someone on the
playground at school brought in the Wolverine figure from
the Secret Wars set. I thought the claws were the coolest
thing I had ever seen. I decided to round up as many comics
as I could find with him in them. Back then, there wasn't
alot of options. Unlike today....
And speaking of today.....I am currently enjoying a wide
variety of titles. What are these titles? Come on down and
ask me. You see, if I write any specifics, it could make my
bio seem dated. And since I don't update it as frequently
as I should, I'd like to at least appear fresh.

Growing up I was into Spider-Man and Superman,
as I got older, so did my comic tastes. I still read all the
staple superhero books, but I am reading a lot of Vertigo
books, such as Fables and Y: The Last Man. I'm a huge Preacher
fan, just because of the twists and turns. I regularly read
Marvel's Ultimate Line, anything Superman, and I'll try (and
most likely love) anything by Brian Michael Bendis and Ed
Brubaker. Mark Millar has been doing some great work, I've
been a fan of his since The Authority. Geoff Johns can do
no wrong. Green Lantern is amazing right now! Can't wait for
the Blackest Night! During the day I teach as part of an Alternative
Education Program in Manchester. My favorite game is HeroClix,

I've read all these comics! Well, almost.

I have been reading comics for over 18 years
now. It all started when my mom bought me the treasury sized
G.I. Joe #1 which then turned me on to other Marvel comics.
I'm a total superhero junkie. Since opening the store I have
made the transition over to the DC Universe. I currently read
over 45 comics a month plus severel trades. My favorite books
are Green Lantern, Captain America, Y the Last Man and Justice
Society. My favorite characters are Robin, the Flash and Green
Lantern. My favorite writers include Geoff Johns, Kurt Busiek,
Brian K. Vaughn and Ed Brubaker. My favorite artists include
George Perez and Ethan Van Sciver. I've started 2 sketchbooks
which can be seen on our myspace page where I also blog on

PATRICK
 Patrick
is the store's part time employee. Pat has done tons of promotions
for the store, so it was a given that he be the store's first employee!
Pat is well knowledged in many games, ranging from Yu-Gi-Oh! to
Dragonball Z to Heroclix! Pat is an avid World of Warcraft player
and can be found at the store running Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments on Saturdays!
And Pat loves his chicken!!!
JUSTIN
 Justin
is the newest addition to the Double Midnight team! You will find
Justin here in Sundays holding down the fort for Magic and Naruto.
What do you need to know about Justin? Well he LOVES comics especially
100 Bullets, Y the Last Man, Fables, Preacher Wolverine, Daredevil,
Iron Fist, Cap, anything that Brubaker or Azzarello touches. We
could list all his favorites but it would be way too long! He's
always looking for something new to read! In addition to comics
he heavily plays Xbox, loves television and movies. Drop on by on
a Sunday and say hey!
