At Double Midnight we love comics and gaming. Owned and operated by Brett Parker and brothers Chris and Scott Proulx, we opened our doors in July of 2002 in an effort to provide a fun and exciting place to shop and game. We're committed to making our store the best it can be and we always welcome your suggestions on how to make it better. Feel free to stop in a pick up game in our arena or just chat comics.

Chris Proulx Chris loves comics! Not as much as his wife and kids but they are a close second! Chris was bitten by the comic bug in the mid 80's via Marvel's G.I. Joe series. In high school Brett introduced him to the X-Men and with the birth of the Image universe he became a full blown addict! In 2002 he realized a lifelong dream of opening a comic shop with his best friend and brother. Chris' favorite superhero is Green Lantern and his favorite comic series are Robert Kirkman's "The Walking Dead" and "Invincible".

Scott Proulx On a dark Halloween night, it arose from the swamp… And while that was happening, Mrs. Proulx’s bouncy baby boy was born! It all started with GI Joe and the Transformers which were then joined by The Amazing Spider-Man (which was purchased at Sully’s Superette). Scott’s love of superhero books would only grow. Then in 1992, DC did the unthinkable, they killed off Superman. From there Scott became a Superman fanatic! Scott is co-owner and loves selling and chatting comics!

Brett Parker Wolverine and the X-Men were Brett's gateway into the comic world when he was in third grade. Today, although they remain on the top of his reading list, he has definitely branched out. From the dark and dreadful Walking Dead to the classic heroes Captain America and Batman to the more obscure Fear Agent, he tries to cover all comic bases. Other all-time favorites include Preacher, Kingdom Come, and 100 Bullets. Brett also loves movies (both watching and making) and going on adventures with his family.

Pat Covey Pat is the chicken eatin, Red Bull drinkin, shoulder brushin, epicness gushin, pwnin noobs like there is no tomorrow, always in a good mood never full of sorrow, the pro of pros, the name you should know, the one and only COVINATOR (twitter.com/TheCovinator) Ya, he’s goofy. He’s the Yu-Gi-Oh guy at the shop, running the shenanigans almost every Saturday. He's also a big part of the Granite State Comicon planning committee! He’s a big Marvel guy, while also digging Invincible and Walking Dead, as well as a few DC books. He’s into the X-Men as well. You can also find him at shows throughout the northeast, having the time of his life!

Justin Desfosses Justin is a Wolverine nerd. He still owns a Wolverine Phone. True story!

Brian Neveux Pokemon Professor (He's caught all the Pokemon!), Planeswalker, TCG Rules Advisor, Comic Book Apprentice, Dungeon Master, Tabletop Gamer,and a Reverend. Brian's been a part of the store since early 2012-Running register, hosting Pokemon League on Sundays, and he's always there for Friday Night Magic. His favorite comics include Iron Man, The Walking Dead, and Adventure Time. He is an Alpha-Nerd, and he is proud. Say hi to him next time you're in the store!
